Who we are

Information you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the service you are interested in and your message. We also record the date and the IP address the form was sent from, to help us spot spam.
We use this only to reply to you and discuss your project. It is stored on our web server and sent to our business email inbox. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
Cookies
This website sets two small cookies. Neither contains your name or details:
- as_visited — set on your first visit so our visitor counter counts you once, not every time you come back. It only holds the value “1” and expires after a year.
- PHPSESSID — set only on the contact page. It holds a security token so the form cannot be submitted by other websites or bots, and is deleted when you close your browser.
These cookies are needed for the site to work, so we do not ask for consent before setting them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the contact form will not work without PHPSESSID.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies.
Other services the site uses
- Google Fonts — our fonts load from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files. Google does not set cookies for this.
- Animation libraries — the scrolling and 3D effects use open-source code (GSAP, Lenis and three.js) loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net. These content networks receive your IP address as part of delivering the files. They do not set cookies for this.
- Hosting — like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.
- WhatsApp, phone and email links — if you contact us through WhatsApp or email, those services’ own privacy policies apply to the messages.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent you have given — for example, ask us to stop contacting you. Email contact@artista-solutions.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the contact form is protected against cross-site submissions, and access to stored enquiries is limited to our team. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Products we build and run have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them: Rojmed and 1Vault.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
